How long will it take to receive my router?

Your router will be dispatched from the UK the working day after your order. Delivery times vary depending on your country:

USA & Canada – DHL: 2 working days after dispatch (the timescales given are accurate but this is not a guaranteed service)
USA – USPS: Usually 5-8 working days (this can vary as it is dependent on the speed of customs)
Canada: Usually 7-8 working days (this can vary as it is dependent on the speed of customs)
UK (Next day delivery): We can only guarantee that it will arrive the following working day if your order is placed before 2.30pm.
UK (First class recorded): 1-3 working days after dispatch
Western Europe: Typically 2-4 working days after dispatch
Eastern Europe: Typically 3-5 working days after dispatch
Rest of the world (DHL): 2-5 working days after dispatch. The shipping option will clearly state how long it takes when you go to buy. The timescales given are accurate but this is not a guaranteed service
Rest of the world (International Tracked & Signed): Between 7-12 working days. Australia and New Zealand can take longer given the distance

When will my router be dispatched?

If your order is received before 2pm UK time on a working day, it will be dispatched the same day. Otherwise it will be the following working day.

Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number.

How do I track my order ?

You will receive a postal tracking number via email within 2 working days of placing your order.

If your postage option is with DHL, your tracking is here:

Otherwise your router will be dispatched from the UK by the Royal Mail, the UK’s largest postal service. You can track your router when it is within the UK shores here:

If you live outside of the UK, it will be passed to the Royal Mail’s partner in your country. Usually this is your largest / national postal service. If you are in the USA, your parcel will be delivered by USPS. You can track your router, once it has arrived State side, here:

Do I need to sign for my delivery once it arrives?

Yes, you will need to sign for the delivery. If you are not home, please check with your countries postal service. Normally they will hold the parcel in your local post office where you can then collect it or arrange for a redelivery

Your shop says out of stock , can I preorder?

Because we are a small team we limit the stock each day to ensure we can dispatch every order the next day.

We do not take preorders for two reasons, we do not want to take our customer’s money until we have available stock and know that we can quickly fulfill an order. Secondly, in the interests of fairness we are fulfilling orders on a first come first serve basis.

What payment methods do you accept?

Currently we use Paypal for our payment processing, but a Paypal account is not required as you can pay using either a credit / debit card if you prefer.

Are there any hidden fees or subscription costs?

No – there are no hidden costs or subscription costs for our router’s features.

If you wish to apply a VPN to your devices using our One-click VPN feature, you will need a subscription to a VPN server. Typically this will cost you between $5-$15 a month. Netduma do not offer VPN servers

What is your returns policy ?

I did not receive an email confirmation after ordering.

Your email server may have blocked our order confirmation email. Please check your spam / junk folder as it may be in there. Hopefully you have received a confirmation email from Paypal as well which is unlikely to have been blocked. If you have received neither email but you are sure you ordered, please email us at [email protected] and we will be able to confirm for you. Please provide your full name and if possible, your order number.
